Chief Executive Officer
I lead SO Home with a vision to redefine home ownership in the UK.
My background spans successful ventures and business scaling across property development, care homes, and the pioneering of retirement living communities and shared ownership models.
With a deep understanding of capital markets and pension funds, I’m focused on creating a platform where institutional and retail investors unite to help address the housing crisis.
Mark Dunne
Chief Marketing Officer
I’m responsible for growing SO Home’s reach and ensuring our message connects with the people it serves.
My approach is informed by years of experience building market-leading brands and securing significant investment partnerships. I’ve also led marketing for international charities, raising over £150M annually.
Rory Gallagher
Chief Technology Officer
I’m driving the tech strategy and building app versions and prototypes for SO Home.
Technical moat is a thing of the past. We’re using low-code and no-code tools to integrate best in class tools and we’re doing it rapidly, using AI to fuel scale through automation.
SO Home solves one of the biggest problems facing society and I’m psyched to contribute to the solution.
Vishnu Patel
Chief Financial Officer
I lead the finance team with a focus on operational efficiency – putting in place systems and processes to ensure that the company is ready for its next stage of growth.
Previously I have worked at Grant Thornton for clients such as Sports Direct and Bauer Media before moving to FTI Consulting and Harbour Hotels Group, putting in place teams and systems enabling growth of c.20% year on year.
Grace Robinson
Investor Relations & Company Secretary
I work closely with our investment community, overseeing strategy, forecasts, and investor communications.
With 15+ years in investment and governance, and a background in the Royal Navy, I focus on maintaining strong relationships and upholding the highest standards of compliance.
My goal is to ensure SO Home is a trusted, reliable partner for our investors.
Sahina Jada
Legal Counsel
I provide legal support across all stages of our projects.
I bring extensive experience from working on major development and regeneration projects, including a £450m mixed-use development and a £100m affordable housing scheme in London.
